Postage
Postage is charged at a flat rate of AU$4.00
All items will be shipped via Australia Post Registered Mail
I post all orders within 48hours of receipt of payment, and you will be notified when I have done so.
Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery.
I choose to send all items by Registed Mail because it gives the security of a delivery confirmation, and insurance for loss or damages of up to $100.
International Post (For customers outside Australia)
International orders will incur an additional postage fee of AU$6.00. Please add 'International Postage' to your purchase by clicking the above 'Add to Cart button'. This will bring your postage cost to a total of AU$10.00

What is a 'toggle' clasp?
A toggle is a two part clasp - one piece is a circle or other open shape, the other piece is a bar which forms a small 'T' shape on the end of the bracelet or necklace. To attach it, the 'T' is turned on an angle and pushed through the circle. It is then straightened out to lock in place. I use these clasps in most designs as I find them very secure and easy to do up with one hand if necessary.
Error message when trying to purchase
When I click add to cart or view cart, and error pops up stating: "The recipient of this shopping cart link is not an approved shopping cart user. Please review your selection and try again"
This is usually means you have disabled "cookies" in your browser. The PayPal system requires cookies to be enabled and you need to do this via your internet browser preferences.
What metals are used?
The majority of my designs are created using silver, gold or nickel plated components. Some items are made using Sterling Silver. If your skin is often irritated by jewellery, please contact me before purchasing and we can discuss the options of low-allergenic components.
What if an item is damaged when it arrives?
I take care to package items safely in bubble wrap and padded envelopes and can guarantee that when an item leaves my hands it is in perfect condition. To back this up, I send all orders via registered post, which provides postal insurance for the risk that something is damaged or lost during transit. Please contact me as soon as you notice that an item is damaged, and I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can you post the item to a third party?
Absolutely. If you are purchasing the item as a gift, please note the details/instructions when checking out. If this isn’t enough room – send me an email after submitting your order. I would be happy to gift wrap the item for you.
